Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an investor and intellectual. He founded Social Discovery Group, an international internet company with main office in Malta, and has ownership in Dating Group.

In 2016, he founded the SDG Foundation.

He possesses a PhD in philosophical studies and helped establish the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Theoretical Department of Moscow State University.
