In order to dissolve a corporation you need specific documents to be forwarded to the CRA. A letter consenting to the dissolution from the Ministry of Finance is one of them. Recently, the process has changed and you cannot call the Ministry directly. Instead, you should call CRA and ask to be transferred to the Ministry of Finance.
